Lighthouse AI Technologies LLC ("Lighthouse," "we," "us," or "our") operates a SaaS platform designed to help data teams manage alerts and monitor key business metrics efficiently. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our platform. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

When registering, you must supply truthful and accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and remain accountable for all activity that occurs under your account.

The service may not be used for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity, or to disrupt the operations of the platform or other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violating these rules.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems
• Transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Using the service to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code from the platform

Subscriptions involve recurring charges processed through our payment partner, Paddle. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial-period refunds are issued automatically — see our Refund Policy for individual requests.

All platform content, features, and functionality belong to Lighthouse AI Technologies LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without express written permission.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Lighthouse does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lighthouse AI Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-service notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
