Why we built this

The problem wasn't that teams didn't care about metrics. It was that setting up reliable monitoring required SQL expertise, engineering time, and constant maintenance. Most teams just didn't bother, until something broke.

We built Lighthouse to close that gap. Define a metric in plain English, connect your warehouse in minutes, and get alerted in Slack the moment something moves. No SQL required. No engineering tickets. No waiting.

What we believe

Your data stays yours
Lighthouse connects with read-only credentials and never writes to your warehouse. It keeps schema metadata, the values of columns you filter on, and the results of your metric runs. It never copies or replicates your tables.
Monitoring shouldn't require engineering
If setting up an alert requires a Jira ticket and two weeks of waiting, most teams won't do it. We built Lighthouse so anyone on the team can create a metric in minutes.
