Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, this may take up to 10 business days to appear.
Third-party payment processors
Payments processed through Paddle or other third-party providers may also be subject to their own refund policies. We will work with these providers on your behalf where applicable.
